Learned A.P.P. accordingly informs that though in relation to the present project there is no other grievance, in relation to other projects of Applicants, there is one complaint.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants, upon instructions, states that the said complaint is also amicably settled. The Applicants appear to be Developer and Contractors in construction business only. 4.
In this situation, we find that joint request made by the parties can be accepted. Accordingly, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
