On 14th July, 2021 and 30th July, 2021, the Non-applicant has failed to appear either in person or though his Advocate. Today also when the matter is called out, none appears.

The transfer of the proceeding is sought on the ground of hardship as narrated in the application. The marriage took place on 5th June, 2012 and the minor daughter is in the custody of the applicant.

It is claimed that the applicant is required to travel from Pune to the Family Court, Sangli to attend the proceedings. Since the contents in the application in the form of grounds raising the plea of hardship are not controverted, the same stood admitted. In the aforesaid backdrop, the case for grant of prayer under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure is made out.
