We have heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Employees Provident Fund Organization submits that the Petitioner has a remedy of appeal and the Appellate Authority is functioning.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner has alternate remedy available, at present, we are not inclined to consider the petition on merits.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. No costs.

All contentions are kept open.
