The petitioner raises issue of internal transfer of respondent No.6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.6 is already retired from service. Even otherwise, in exercise of extra ordinary writ jurisdiction we are not inclined to entertain this petition challenging internal transfer of respondent No.6.
