The above Writ Petition was placed for orders before Registrar (Judicial - I) as the petitioner did not remove office objections. On that day, 4 weeks time was granted to the Petitioner to remove office objections failing which registration of Writ Petition was to be dismissed. The petitioner failed to remove office objection and therefore, Writ Petition was dismissed.

Present Application therefore filed for restoration of the Petition. Learned Counsel for the applicant makes a statement that he will remove office objections within a period of 2 weeks from today. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement and for the reasons stated in paragraph 2, we allow this Application and restore the Petition to the file.
