P.C. :- 1] The respondent No.1, who had tendered an undertaking to this Court, has already filed a reply in which he has tendered an apology. Similarly, respondent No.3 has also filed a reply and tendered an apology. Further, today respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 have filed the Undertakings in respect of payment of arrears of Rs.38,25,000/-. Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 have undertaken to pay the said amount in the following manner:

"(i) Rs. 1.25 Lakhs on or before 18th August 2015 (ii) Rs.1.50 Lakhs on or before 15th September 2015 (iii) Rs.1.75 Lakhs on or before 15th October 2015 (iv) Rs.2.00 Lakhs on or before 15th November 2015 Balance Amount of Rs.31,75,000/- in 5 Equated Quarterly instalments beginning from 15th February 2016 which will be approximately Rs.6.35 Lakhs per quarter viz.

DSS 919-cp-545-14 (vi) Rs. 6 lakhs on or before 15.02.2016 (vii) Rs. 7 Lakhs on or before 15.05.2016 (ix) Rs. 8 Lakhs on or before 15.08.2006 (x) Balance amount of Rs.10,75,000/- on or before 15.11.2016."

2] The Undertakings dated 11 August 2015 are taken on record and marked as 'X' and 'Y' for purpose of identification. 3] The aforesaid Undertakings are accepted as undertakings to the Court.
