These Petitions arise out of a common order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No.1284 of 2009 and other companion Original Applications decided on 4th March 2013.

The Writ Petition presented by the State challenging an order passed in Original Application No.1284 of 2009 concerning Dr.Shailesh N.Bhave the original Applicant has been dismissed by recording the reasons on 4 March 2013.

For reasons recorded while dismissing the writ petition bearing No.1284 of 2009 presented by the State in the matter of Dr.Shailesh N.Bhave, the instant Petitions also do not deserve consideration.

Writ Petitions are accordingly dismissed.
