This is an application for extension of time to comply with the formalities of submitting sureties. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 20.6.2016 passed by the additional Sessions Judge for Greater Bombay in MA No.1375 of 2016 the applicant has already submitted the documents of surety with the concerned Court and the same is in the process of verification. He on instructions submitted that it may take 4-weeks time to complete the said procedure. In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application period to comply with formalities for submitting sureties is hereby extended by 6weeks from today.
