The learned counsel has submitted that in the order dated 19th October, 2015 the following changes be made: a) The name of the Respondent "M/s. Neil" in Writ Petition No. 546 of 2015 is to be substituted by "M/s. Neel". b) The words "Order 49" is to be substituted by the words "Order 41".

c) In para 5 on page 6, the line No. 2 in the order dated 13th October, 2015 that, "He submitted that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are put in possession of the suit property through Court Receiver" is to be corrected as "He submitted that the Court Receiver is in possession of the suit property".
