The Investigating Officer of the Crime No.155 of 2014 registered at Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Marg Police Station is present in the Court. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 16.11.2015, the Investigating Officer has taken effective steps to apprehend the absconding accused.

Today, a report is filed indicating that on 18.11.2015, at about 8.50 p.m. The accused has been arrested. Hence, the prayer seeking prearrest bail has become infructuous. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
