2] By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is challenging the order passed below Exh.132, by the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division, Daund, in R.C.S. No.246 of 2014.

3] Application at Exh.132 was filed by the petitioner for exhibiting the xerox verified copies of the gift deeds. The trial Court, naturally has rejected the same as originals of the same are very well in the custody of the petitioner-plaintiff.
