Heard. This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased sole petitioner Bhiva Shivram Salve, who died on 22.08.2016. The application filed is within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) The applicant is permitted to bring the legal heirs on record of deceased sole petitioner in the Writ Petition on or before 25.11.2016, failing Basavraj G Patil 1/2

8.2727.16-caw which the civil application shall stand dismissed, without further reference to the court.

b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the applicant to provide an amended copy of the Writ Petition to the respondent or their advocate, immediately thereafter.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
