The Applicant has sought withdrawal of compensation awarded by the Claims Tribunal, Pune in M.A.C.P. No.576 of 2018. 2.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application and the grounds raised in the appeal memo, the Appellant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation with proportionate interest accrued thereon subject to an undertaking that the amount will be refunded with interest in the event the Appellant succeeds in the appeal. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
