This Civil Application is taken out by the Applicants seeking intervention in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition challenges an order passed by the Labour Court at Kolhapur on an application filed by the Respondent-Union. Since the Respondent-Union is no longer espousing the employees' cause, the Applicants have taken out the present application for intervening in the Writ Petition, so as to support the impugned judgment which is challenged by the Petitioner-Employer. The Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause-(a). The Petitioner shall amend the petition and join the Applicants as Respondents to the petition. Such amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
