The grievance of the Petitioner is that against the order dated 6th March, 2013 passed by Respondent No.2 the Petitioner's revision is pending before Respondent No.1, Minister for Food & Civil Supplies since 2014 till date the revision has not been decided.

WP.12225/2016(P-34-21.10) 3, Learned AGP submits that the Petitioner's revision will be heard and decided by the Respondent No.1 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid we dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No.1 to consider and decide the application as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 3 months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before the Respondent No.1.

The Petitioner to appear before Respondent No.1 on 16th November, 2016 at 3 p.m.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
