In view of the aforesaid statement, the proceedings stands disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Court to decide the Appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Petitioner shall directly transfer the amount in the account of the Respondent-wife by RTGS or by any other banking mode. 1/2
