The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners is to direct the Revisional Authority before whom the Revision Application filed against the order dated 7th July, 2016 is pending to consider and finally decide the Revision Application as expeditiously as possible. The aforesaid prayer has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the 1/2

In the circumstances, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Revisional Authority to consider the Petitioner's Revision Application as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

It is also stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner's stay application is also pending before the said authority. In the circumstances, we direct the Revisional Authority to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's application for stay on or before 30th November, 2016.

The parties to appear before the Revisional Authority on 16th November, 2016 at 3.00 p.m.

The Petitioners to give the notice of date of appearance to other private Respondents.

Accordingly the Petition stands disposed of.
