1] This is an application for intervention by original complainant in C.R.No.142 of 2015 registered with Samata Nagar Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence, following order:- (I) The applicants in A.B.Application No.1465 of 2015 are hereby
directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The amendment be carried out within one week from today. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J)

1] Learned Counsel for the applicants on instructions submits that with a view to prove their bonafide, the applicants are ready and willing to deposit in this court the alleged defalcated amount of Rs.8,30,000/- within two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted. If the applicants deposit the amount of Rs.8,30,000/- within two weeks from today, the applicants shall be protected by interim order. If the applicants fail to deposit the said amount within two weeks from today in the Registry of this Court, the interim protection granted hereinafter shall stand vacated without further
reference to this court. In the meantime, for a period of two weeks from today, the applicants are protected by way of an interim order. 2] Hence, following order:
(I) In the event of arrest of the applicants in C.R.No.142 of 2015 registered with Samata Nagar Police Station, they shall be released on their furnishing a P.R.Bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two separate sureties in the like amount;
(ii) The applicants shall not tamper with and/or influence the prosecution witnesses;
(iii) S.O. four weeks;
