The learned APP has produced for our perusal a report dated 27th February 2019 of the Inspector of Police, Miraj Rural Police Station which states that the respondent- accused could not be traced. We grant time of six weeks to the Officer In-charge of Miraj Rural Police Station to serve notice of this application to the respondent and file affidavit of service on or before 11th March 2019. If affidavit of service is not filed within stipulated time, the application shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court. If the affidavit of service is filed, application be listed on 12th March 2019.
