2] Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 0297 of 2021 registered with Kalva Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

3] Perused the FIR.

4] Allegations in the FIR do not substantiate the case for custodial interrogation of the Applicant.

5] In the event of arrest of the Applicant in C.R. No. 0297 of 2021 registered with Kalva Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504 and 506 of the IPC, Applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one more 1/2

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station from 24th to 29th December, 2021 between 10.00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon and thereafter as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. Applicant shall neither directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses nor tamper with the evidence.
