In view of the supervening event of the order being passed by the Respondent No.2 herein dated 27/09/2018, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition to challenge the said order. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to state that the contentions of the parties are kept open for being urged at the appropriate time.
