He states that,by the impugned order dated 14th September, 2016, passed by the learned President, Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court, Mumbai in Revision Application No. 42 of 2016, the said Revision Application was dismissed. In the said Revision Application, order dated 10th August, 2016 passed by learned Judge, Co-operative Court No. III, Mumbai below Exhibit 31 in dispute No.

Arjun 09-WP-12561-16.doc 2/2 CC/III/590 of 2014 was challenged. He states that, the said dispute, itself, has been finally disposed of and the same is dismissed. He therefore, states that, nothing survives in this Petition as the impugned order is concerning amendment Application in said dispute. 3.

In view of this, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
