2018.10.03 17:06:03 +0530 Magistrate in Criminal Case No.257/PW/2004 vide judgment dated Shambhavi Nilesh Shivgan 10.8.2005. Against the conviction, Appeal No.417 of 2005 was preferred. The said appeal was dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge at Dindori, Mumbai vide judgment and order dated 31.7.2017. It is against the said judgment of the learned Sessions Judge, Revision is preferred along with application for condonation of delay. Delay of 327 days is caused of which condonation is sought vide this application.
