Petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy and without availing such a remedy, the Petitioner has directly approached this Court in the aid of her husband, who is an accused in Crime No.419 of 2022 registered with Silvassa Police Station.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate legal remedy as may be permissible under the provisions of law. Leave and liberty granted.
