Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation states that the Petitioner may make a fresh Representation to the Ward Officer, 4/J Ward of the Respondent-Corporation in respect of the alleged illegal structures made on the public road near Survey No.4B (part), corresponding to City Survey No.676B, situated at Village Netivali, Taluka Kalyan, District Thane. He states that in the event such Representation is made, the same shall be decided by the Ward Officer, 4/J Ward.

We accordingly permit the Petitioner to make such Representation. If such Representation is made within ten days from today, the Ward Officer Mugdha 1/2

8. WP 14169-18.doc shall visit the site and make a report and decide the said Representation of the Petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the Representation.

In the event, the structures are found to be illegal, action of demolition shall be taken in accordance with law. 4.

The Petitioner would be at liberty to revive the Petition after June, 2022, if no action is taken despite the decision of the Ward Officer that the structures are illegal.
