There is no case made out for exercise of Contempt jurisdiction. In pursuance of the order dated 30/04/2015, the petitioner has addressed a letter to Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Society on 05/05/2015. The Deputy Registrar has made an order dated 19/05/2015 on the basis of the same. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order or the petitioner is of the opinion that the said order does not completely redress the grievance of the petitioner or that any further orders are necessary in the matter, it is up to the petitioner to once again apply to the Deputy Registrar. If such application is made, 1/2

mub p26 cpst 28962.15.odt Deputy Registrar shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks in accordance with law and on its own merits.

The petitioner points that such further application has already been made.

If so, Deputy Registrar to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of the order.

However, no case is made out for any action in Contempt of Courts Act.

The Contempt Petition is therefore dismissed.
