Mr. Suryavanshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file representation for regularisation of the subject structure. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

In the event, Petitioner makes a representation / application for regularisation within two weeks from today to the Competent Authority - Respondent No.3, the same shall be decided within the period of four weeks of its filing. During the pendency and till the decision on such representation, both parties shall maintain status quo regarding the subject structure. Further, in case the patilsr 1 / 2

decision is adverse to the interest of the Petitioner, the same may not be implemented or acted upon for the period of two weeks from the date of service of such order on the Petitioner. 3.
