DATED : 11th MARCH, 2022 P.C:- The learned proxy counsel appearing for Harsh Sharma who is on record, state that the withdrawal of the application is sought, but this is on the ground that the applicant is already released on bail by the Sessions Court. The learned counsel submit that this was not informed by the client to the Advocate on record. He, therefore, seek his recusal. The applicant has approached this Court while his application was pending before the trial Court and he took chances as soon as his application is allowed by the trial Court, he seek withdrawal.
