Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

By this petition (amended prayers), the petitioner seeks the following substantive reliefs :

"(aa) to direct the respondent police to register appropriate 1/3

offences against the known offenders in respect of the various Complaints dated 14.05.2022. 05.07.2022, 26.12.2022, 22.02.2023, 21.03.2023 made to the respondent police.

(aaa) to direct the respondent police to investigate into FIR No. 683 dated 03.07.2022 and FIR No. 864 dated 12.09.2022 and FIR No. 958 dated 19.10.2022 registered by the petitioner and his wife."

Learned A.P.P. on instructions submits that as far as the petitioner's complaint dated 14th May, 2022 is concerned, the police have registered an N.C. complaint; as far as petitioner's complaint dated 5th July, 2022 is concerned, the said complaint is clubbed with the petitioner's F.I.R. lodged by him, registered vide C.R. No. 683 of 2022, dated 3rd July, 2022; and, as far as complaints dated 26th December, 2022, 22nd February, 2023 and 21st March, 2023 are concerned, all the said three complaints have been filed, as the said complaints pertain to the action to be taken by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. She submits that all the aforesaid has been communicated to the petitioner.

As far as C.R. Nos. 683 of 2022, 864 of 2022 and 958 of 2022, registered with Kurar Police Station, are concerned, learned A.P.P. states that in all aforesaid C.R.s, registered at the behest of the petitioner and his wife, the police have have filed charge-sheets before the competent Court. Learned A.P.P. has tendered a report evidencing the same. The said report dated 6th March, 2024 of PSI of the Kurar Police Station, Mumbai, addressed to the learned A.P.P., is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of. 6.

Needless to state that, the petitioner is at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum, where the police have closed the complaints, in accordance with law. MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.
