By a reasoned order dated 09.10.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief with a direction to attend the Investigating Officer and to join the process of investigation.

Perused the record of investigation. The record indicates that the Applicants have attended the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates. As noted in the earlier order, the Medical Officer did not find any traces of poison/pesticide from the mouth or saliva of the victim. Prima facie it appears that, Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code may not be attracted to the present crime.

In view of the above, Applicants can be granted pre-arrest bail. Sneha Chavan 1/2
