1] By order dated 23.10.2015, the applicant was granted interim relief. The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the said order, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the process of investigation. She on instructions further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, however, the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for till the filing of chargesheet against the applicant.

2] In view of the same, interim relief granted by an order dated 23.10.2015 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called

3] It is needless to mentiion that before calling the applicant to the police station, the Investigating Officer shall issue notice to the applicant under Section 160 of Cr.P.C. 4] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
