When the Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, the learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant be granted time to surrender. It is submitted that the applicant shall surrender before the investigating officer within one week from today. It is submitted that leave may be granted to withdraw this application.
