The above Interim Application is filed seeking to bring the legal heirs of Original Petitioner No.4 on record who passed way on 18th August, 2021. The legal heirs of Original Petitioner No.4 is Mrs.Kalpana Anil Patil along with Petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 who are already on record. SEPTEMBER 13, 2023 Utkarsh

In these circumstances and considering that this is a formal amendment, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 10 months & 27 days in filing the present Civil Application; (b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Petitioner No.4a to be brought on record as the Legal Heir of the deceased Petitioner No.4.-Smt.Babutai Shivaji Patil and the Cause Title of the Writ Petition be amended accordingly;"

The amendments shall be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on all the Respondents within a period of 2 weeks thereafter. 4.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
