Learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions submitted that, by communication dated 2nd November 2022, the Special Executive Magistrate, Vashi Division, Navi Mumbai has informed the Petitioner that, the proceedings initiated against him by issuing notice under Section 116(6) of Cr.P.C. has been dropped. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of the said communication.
