According to the petitioner he has submitted a representation on 27/10/2015 before the Employees Grievance Redressal Committee (for short 'the said Committee') set up by CIDCO on 28/07/2015. It is the case of the petitioner that though he is entitled for grant of appropriate seniority as per seniority list published by the respondent - Corporation in 2014, the said benefit has not been extended as yet and representation to that effect has not been decided.

Having considered the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Competent Authority of the respondent - CIDCO/the said Committee to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representation dated 27/10/2015 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner to submit copy of the representation dated 27/10/2015 as also copy of the representation dated 02/09/2017 before the Competent Authority / the said Committee along with copy of this order. Before taking any decision as aforesaid, the Competent Authority/the said Committee shall give opportunity of hearing to all concerned. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
