Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.59 of 2021 registered with Nayanagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC. 2.

It is informed that there is matrimonial discord. Prior to lodging FIR, from couple of months the informant was residing with her parents and considering nature of allegation, in my opinion, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required. 3.

In the event of arrest, applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No.59 of 2021 registered with Nayanagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one BGP.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 20th December, 2021 to 24th December, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
