Learned counsel for the applicant states that, during the pendency of this application the trial court has granted bail to the applicant. He is not sure about which court exactly has granted bail.

Learned District and Sessions Judge shall make inquiry as to which court has granted bail to the applicant and whether the applicant had informed the court about pendency of this application before this court.

Learned Sessions Judge shall send a report within four weeks from today. If the applicant had not informed the court V.B.Gokhale

Since the applicant is granted bail, the prayer in this application does not survive.
