The learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. In case the proposal (Page No.19 of the Writ Petition) seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as a Peon is pending before Respondent No.3, then Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with the law and policy, preferably within four months.
