The grievance of the petitioners is that though they have filed revision before the concerned Minister, (respondent no. 7) challenging the order dated 13.11.2013 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, but till date the revision has not been considered and decided. They submit that the petitioners may be given opportunity to file an application for stay before the concerned Minster who may be directed to decide the application for stay as also the revision itself finally.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited grievance, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to submit the stay application before respondent no.7. On receipt of the same, respondent no. 7, the concerned Minister shall decide the petitioner's application for stay in accordance with law preferably within two weeks from the date of appearance of the parties before him. The revision application be also decided within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Parties to appear before the concerned Minister on 4th November, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. 4.

Petition stands disposed of.
