P.C.:- After hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to interfere with the impugned Order dated 16th July, 2019, passed below Application for leave to defend under Section 43(4)(a) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999, learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition unconditionally.

Leave granted.

It is needless to mention that, the Competent Authority will not get influenced by the withdrawal of the Petition by the Petitioner and shall decide the Eviction Application No.154 of 2018, on its own merits as per the provisions of law.
