Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and learned APP for the State. The Applicants were convicted for the offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 504 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 37(3) of the Maharashtra Police Act. The maximum punishment awarded to them is six months. They were on bail during trial and even on conviction they have been released on bail by the trial Court. In that view of the matter, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by the trial Court. The Applicants are directed not to leave the jurisdiction of Ambad Police Station, Nashik without prior 2 / 3

permission of this Court and they shall remain present in this Court at the time of final hearing of the appeal. Application stands disposed of.
