Writ Petition No.754 of 2018 has been placed on cause list for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 8 November 2023. Additionally the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed another praecipe in Writ Petition No.11158 of 2012. Therefore, both the Petitions are taken up for speaking to the minutes of the orders dated 8 November 2023 passed in both the Writ Petitions. It is pointed out that the order which is reflected in Writ Petition No.754 of 2018 is actually the order which ought to have been reflected katkam 1/2

k 2/2 6 wp 754.18 as.doc in Writ Petition No.11158 of 2012. Similarly the order which reflected in Writ Petition No.11158 of 2012 is actually the order which ought to have been passed in Writ Petition No.754 of 2018.

Accordingly, the order reflected in Writ Petition No.754 of 2018 be shown to have been passed in Writ Petition No.11158 of 2012. Similarly, the order reflecting in Writ Petition No.11158 of 2012 be shown to have been passed in Writ Petition No.754 of 2018.

Additionally in the order dated 8 November 2023 now shown to have been passed in Writ Petition No.11158 of 2012, the word 'Appellate' has been erroneously transcribed in paragraph 4 of the order. The said word 'Appellate' be deleted from paragraph 4 of the said order. Similarly, in order now shown to have been passed in Writ Petition No.754 of 2018 the words 'in respect of penalty imposed on him' be replaced by words 'as advised'

Necessary corrections be carried out and orders be read accordingly.
