Submission of the Petitioner is he is a stranger who has been involved out of the politics into the matter. Learned Counsel for Petitioner points out that there are two FIRs on the very same day in relation to the very same incident.

We have perused both the FIRs. At this stage, we find it difficult to accept the submission of the Petitioner in defence. 4.
