Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that there are typographical errors in the order dated 06/09/2018 passed in ABA 464/2018 as the said order does not indicate that the resolution was to purchase shares "of the applicants" and that the order does not reflect that the amount was paid to the applicant by two cheques "from the personal account of the complainant". 2.

With consent, in paragraph 4, line no.2, add the words "of the applicants" after the word "shares". In paragraph 4, line no.3, add the 1/2
