Applicants claim to be partners who have sold subject property to Accused No.1 Sunil Sharma and Accused No.2 - Satishkumar Singh. According to them these two purchasers have entered into transaction with complainant.

Perusal of statement in support of FIR shows that all four i.e. Sunil Sharma, Satishkumar Singh and present two applicants were disclosed as partners to complainant.

Alleged partnership between applicants is on the strength of a notorised document and it has not been registered under the Partnership Act.

We have perused documents. We are not inclined to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction. Rejected.
