This Court has already granted bail to accused - Shailesh in Crime No.313 of 2020 while orders dated 26th October, 2021 and 9th December, 2021.

As far as the present offence is concerned, i.e. Crime No.314 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 307, 504 of IPC, there appears to be counter complaints, resulting into registration of Crime No.313 of BGP.

The altercation took place in view of the differences over unloading of the vehicle.

Considering the nature of injuries and the fact that there are counter complaints, case for bail is made out. 5.
In the event of arrest in Crime No.314 of 2020 registered with Kalyan Taluka Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 307 504 of IPC, applicants are directed to be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. 6.
Applicants shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer from 21st December, 2021 to 24th December, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
