Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this matter the investigation is already over with filing of the charge-sheet, and so the purpose of this petition has been served. He submits that some of the conditions on which bail has been granted are required to be modified suitably. We agree with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the purpose of this petition has been substantially served and therefore, this petition deserves to be disposed of accordingly. granted are required to be modified in view of the fact that investigation is already over. Accordingly, two conditions of the bail order dated 26th September 2019, are hereby modified as follows:-

O R D E R

a) The petitioner shall not leave India except with prior permission of the trial Court, instead of this Court. b) The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the trial Court for speedy completion of the trial and shall also attend the office of the EOW as and when required by the EOW.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms and these conditions shall substitute the condition no.(iv) in the bail order dated 26th September 2019.
