As noted earlier in the Order dated 9th October 2017, it appears that the present crime is registered only with a view to harass the applicant and nothing-else. In view thereof, for further investigation of the present crime the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 9th October 2017 is confirmed.
