Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an application for discharge before the trial Court. Leave with liberty as prayed is granted. Petition dismissed as withdrawn.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners states that though the F.I.R. is registered long back as far as in May, 2015, still the charge-sheet is filed. We direct the investigating officer to file the charge-sheet in the subject F.I.R. as expeditiously as possible and submit report accordingly.
