Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the impugned order dated 03 September, 2020 passed by the Hon'ble Minister, no case has been made out for interference of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, more particularly considering the seven serious breaches of the conditions of the licence. The most significant being that a registered Pharmacist was not present when the sale of medicines was being conducted in the shop of the petitioner. There are other serious violations. In my opinion, the punishment which has been meted out to the petitioner, which is only two months of suspension of the petitioner's licence is more than reasonable, in the facts of the case.

The petition is rejected. No costs.
